The project

As Crystal Springs regulars, we couldn’t turn down the opportunity to work with the local staple when they reached out for help with a packaging and brand refresh in late 2023.

Anyone that has visited the Crystal Springs tap room knows how friendly and community-driven the brewery is. A lesser known area of inspiration for the branding refresh is the brewery’s 1875 namesake - the Crystal Springs Brewing & Ice Company, Boulder’s first brewery.

The resulting design refresh is built to be bold and welcoming with just a dash of that history.
